Jagjit is an automotive designer with an experience of almost 20 years of working on production and concept car projects. He has designed the exteriors of many iconic cars on Indian roads that are instantly recognisable – Alto 800 (2012), Wagon R (2nd and 3rd generations), Swift Dzire (1st generation) and EECO. He lead Maruti’s concept project of XA ALPHA.
Jagjit is also a published author and has a bestseller under his belt titled “A Father’s Outlook”. He has been conferred with Best Nonfiction “WORDSBREW award” 2021, “Literary Icon” award 2021, “Tagore Commemorative Awards” 2021, and “LIFT award” 2022. Jagjit holds two master’s degrees; Product Design from IIT Delhi and Masters in Business Management from Symbiosis, Pune.
