Niranjan Kumar

Niranjan Kumar is the CTO of Symbionic, an assistive technology company developing functional and accessible prosthetic solutions. Working at the intersection of product design, engineering and user-centred problem solving, he collaborates closely with users, designers and engineers to translate real-world needs into practical products. His work includes Krea, a modular upper-limb prosthetic system. Niranjan’s approach is rooted in rapid prototyping, continuous user feedback, first-principles thinking and iterative learning, with a strong focus on creating assistive technologies that are practical, intuitive and relevant to everyday life.
