The (b) Design Studio is a one-stop-shop for experience transformations, right from strategy, design, solution ideation, rapid prototyping, proof of concept trials to bringing them to life and scaling. With a focus on its global expansion, the studio is scaling up its design capabilities through investments in Graphic Design Pods, Joint Ventures & Partnerships, Intellectual Property Development and Upskilling and Cross skilling
Project 1 – Terminix
After launching a new consumer website in 2021, TMX was looking to enhance the user experience for its new customers and MyAccount experiences that support desktop, tablet and mobile. They looked to improve the overall visual aesthetic, create a modern and intuitive experience, protect against potential revenue loss, and improve the overall customer experience. Terminix is currently deploying designs by (b) Design Studio on their website and further strategising on taking their experience to the next level.
Project 2 – SVB Metaverse
The fundraising maze involves numerous steps which can be overwhelming for start-ups without proper guidance. SVB Metaverse is an attempt to create a virtual space in Decentraland where the startups can receive proper guidance from industry experts without having to physically visit banks.
Project 3 – BMS Sirius
Sirius is a data management tool for enterprise MES (Manufacturing Execution System). It increases the efficiency of the production process with a modern and sophisticated data management tool. With the design work done over the course of 2.5 years, the client has experienced a remarkable rise in efficiency, allowing them to complete nine months’ work in just nine weeks
Project 4 – ATG
Utilising design-led workshop, (b) Design Studio documented ATG’s current and prospective digital offerings, against the changing landscape of the automotive industry. During the workshop, industry requirements were aligned with ATG’s position in the market. The outcome resulted in a campaign creation and customer retention app, built on Salesforce platform. The functionality of the app was to consolidate the process of building a campaign and streamline the overall experience.
Project 5 – CodeX Redesign
The redesign aimed to address the user problems and enhance performance, functionality, navigation, and usability. The project began with in-depth analysis, user research, and crafting of new user flows and UI elements, including new feature additions. Over 340 screens have been designed and launched so far for project managers, delivery managers, and stakeholders to excel in delivery management and client communications via CodeX.
