Designing Convenience: DreamHatcher Studio awarded India’s Best Design Studio 2023

“Dream big, because together we can make it a reality.” This dream started with a simple Instagram page and is now a full-fledged design and manufacturing studio providing end-to-end solutions. DreamHatcher Studio specialises in industrial design, automotive design, packaging design, and product design. Its manufacturing expertise ranges from injection moulding FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic), and rapid prototyping (3D-printing & vacuum casting), to laser cutting, router cutting, and metal fabrication.

Project 1 – BOLT Electric Scooter

In an age where global warming and alternate energy sources are the need of the hour, BOLT is the new BOLD. With the belied that EVs are the way forward for aiding global health, DreamHatcher Studio designed “BOLT”. Its key feature is a Swappable Battery System paired with a swing-out battery area that makes changing batteries a breeze. The bucket storage, accessed through a unique seat opening style, has been optimised to hold two helmets, maximising convenience and efficiency.

Project 2 – Autospense – Sanitiser Dispenser and EO Water Generator

With frequent sanitisation being the need of the hour, non-contact, automated sanitiser dispensers are quickly becoming a necessity for safeguarding health. DreamHatcher Studio designed and developed Autospense, a smart IOT-based non-contact sanitiser dispenser that not only dispenses sanitiser but also generates EO water for sanitising purposes. A rechargeable battery pack gives Autospense the ability to be placed anywhere without the need of an external power source.

Project 3 – Quantum – Electronic Logging Device for Fleet Management

Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) play a vital role in the truck fleet industry. To make fleet management hassle-free, DreamHatcher Studio designed Quantum. It is a 7-inch single-touch screen interface that offers multiple functions, making it easy for drivers to use it seamlessly. Quantum is supported by a custom clamp that facilitates easy mounting and dismounting of the device along with a battery backup of six lithium-ion cells.

Project 4 – Modern Battery Pack Design for Electric Two-Wheelers

We are currently living in the age of EVs with rapid crossover and adaptation happening. As more and more people are moving towards EVs, having a functional and aesthetic battery pack which identifies with the brand has become crucial. DreamHatcher Studio has designed this modern battery pack to make it easy to use and allow resizing for different vehicles without affecting the design language.

Project 5 – Podium – Modern Wood TV Stand

With the introduction of the modern flat-screen televisions, TV stands have always been treated as clumsy, spacing occupying obstructions which no longer serve their intended purpose. Modern wall mounts offer unmatched versatility and flexibility in mounting TVs on walls, rendering TV stands obsolete. DreamHatcher Studio designed the Podium with the aim of bringing back the old TV stand in a more modern avatar. The stand has been constructed out of German Pinewood that adds a rustic charm, but supports the modern Vesa Mount, making it compatible with modern TVs. It features a 360° swivel and is equipped with modern conveniences such as efficient cable management and set-top box + gaming console attachments.
