How did your tryst with jewellery begin?

K&S: Our love affair with jewellery started at a very young age. The credit goes to our mom who has quite a collection of heirlooms and her own buys. Growing up, we would accompany her to the jewellers and she had a very exceptional eye. She would build designs around stones she bought on her travels. Her love for jewellery became an inherent part of our early years and it was the root of our interest in jewellery design.

Share your experience of working with celebrities.

K&S: We are very proud of the fact that a lot of Indian and international celebrities have been styled in Outhouse jewellery. These include Beyonce, Cardi B, Eva Longoria, Kim Kardashian, Sienna Miller, Ashley Louis James, Tyra Banks, Sonam Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, and Deepika Padukone. We have worked with very interesting people from the industry and as a brand, we are constantly evolving – there is scope for so much more!

How do you plan to expand your brand? 

K&S: The coming year is a big one for us as the brand turns 10 years old in October. We have a lot in the pipeline, from exploring some more product categories to building a stronger and better business. The last 10 years have been a time of great learning and we are focusing on innovation and on becoming more structured.
